Appliance Delivery & Installation Options


Refrigerators & Freezers

Before Delivery:

  • If your new refrigerator dispenses water and/or ice cubes, you will need to ensure additional space is available between the refrigerator and the wall for the water line. This reduces the risk of deterioration in existing lines
  • Empty and unplug your old appliance. We will NOT unload any personal items from the appliance. Built-in appliances must be uninstalled prior to delivery
  • Verify there is a 3-prong grounded electrical outlet and water supply, with an accessible shut-off valve in close proximity to the install location; preferably within 3 ft. if applicable.
  • We do not install water lines


Our delivery team will:

  • Reverse new merchandise doors on site, if needed
  • Connect new appliance to existing water line and check for leaks
  • Place racks, trays, and door handles in recommended positions
  • Plug unit in and set to a mid-range cold setting and level the refrigerator or freezer


FEES:

  • Delivery only (no hook up or installation) - regular delivery fee for zip code
  • Top/bottom mount refrigerators installation adds $25.00 in addition to standard delivery fee
  • Side by sides and French Door refrigerators installation adds $50 in addition to standard delivery fee
  • Haul away old freezer or top bottom refrigerator $25.00 in addition to delivery fee
  • Haul away old side by side or french door refrigerator $50.00 in addition to delivery and installation fees


Washers - installation included with standard delivery fee


Before Delivery:

  • Verify there is a 3-prong grounded electrical outlet and hot and cold water supply, with an accessible shut-off valve in close proximity to the install location
  • Ensure water valves are corrosion-free
  • Drain your current washer water and have empty prior to delivery


Our delivery team will:

  • Install using new parts, for proper installation. Existing parts cannot be reused due to the risk of leaks
  • Connect the new washer to the home’s hot and cold water supply using new lines which meet the manufacturer’s requirements
  • Attach feet as needed and level the washer
  • Short cycle test the washer to check for leaks at the washer connection


Electric Dryers - installation included with standard delivery fee


Before Delivery:

  • Verify 240V grounded 30 AMP electrical service/outlet within 3 ft. of dryer location and the dryer venting within the home is clean. Clear vents outside to allow proper operation of the new dryer
  • Ensure dryer is empty prior to delivery especially if being hauled away


Our delivery team will:

  • Connect the dryer to the conforming electrical using a new 240V electrical cord
  • Attach venting using new components. Delivery teams cannot use or connect to plastic venting, foil vent tubes or existing electrical cord
  • Level the dryer
  • Short cycle test the electric dryer


Gas range - Drop off only with standard delivery fee. We DO NOT install gas appliances

Window Air Conditioners - see fees for delivery and installation below

Before Delivery:

  • If we are installing, please make sure you have the correct and properly working electrical outlet (110v or 220v) for the unit purchased
  • Window A/C’s in window only. $75.00 for 110v $125.00 for 220v We do not install A/C’s in anything other than a standard window.
